Delete your Medihorse account
The quickest way is from inside the app, and it takes about a minute. If you have lost access to your account and cannot get back in, we can do it for you instead.
Delete it yourself, straight away
Sign in, open Settings, then Account, then Delete account, and it is confirmed with your password or with Google if that is how you sign in, with no email needed. It happens straight away, with no email and no waiting.

Write from the email address you registered with
We can only act on a request sent from that address, because it is how we know the account is yours.
The word delete in the subject or the first line.
If you no longer have that email address, tell us the name on the account and one ad or horse you posted.
We never ask for your password. To check who you are we reply from our support address to the address on the account, and nothing is deleted until you confirm.
- Your profile and sign-in
Your name, email address, phone number, avatar and password are removed.
- Your ads and horses
Listings, photos, horse records and reminders are deleted.
- Messages and saved items
Conversations, saved professionals and lost horse reports go too.
What happens after you write
- We reply to confirm
The answer goes to the email address on the account, so nobody else can start a deletion in your name.
Within 2 working days - You confirm once
One reply is enough, and until it arrives the account stays exactly as it is.
No deadline - Everything is erased
The account disappears from search immediately and is wiped from our backups too.
Within 30 days
Deletion cannot be undone. Your ads, horses, reminders and messages go with the account.
